The Debate
You guys know what I'm talking about......it seems like every guy is drawn to huge, puffy, not-so-chic recliners. It's practical, comfortable, and that's about it. I remember when Red and all my friend's husbands got back from their deployment.......they all wanted a recliner to watch football. It was like they had all been discussing it for the past year. How can you say no to that? Thankfully I was able to avoid the plunge, but realizing I couldn't forever I have been on the lookout ever since. Being the mid-century furniture lover that I am, I'm drawn to this vintage piece. At first glance it's all masculine, but I think it could be helped with some feminine touches. Meet the Milo Baughman reclining lounge chair. Though I'm still not sold on the idea of a recliner, this chair almost has me going to "the other side".

Does your hubby like that chair?
ReplyDeleteYes! He might be more inclined to the oversized puffy recliner, but his qualifications are mainly that it's a recliner as opposed to a chair with a footstool ( which I may or may not have been encouraging:). Win, win.
